Breakfast made from Christmas Eve dinner leftovers. Mix mom's garlic mashed potatoes, salmon, and some brie in a pot. Put potato mixture in oven safe dish, top with Jenna's arugula, cabbage, marscapone, truffle oil salad, crack an egg on it, shred some smoked soy gouda on top. Put in oven, bake until egg is cooked. Eat. Yum! (Make sure you give it ample time to cool down. I burnt the roof of my mouth real bad on this stuff)
